RETURNS & REFUNDS

Return Policy

Our return policy last 14 days from product purchase. Items that were purchased more than 14 days ago are not eligible for return.

In addition, the items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. This includes being in their original packaging. The original receipt (or gift receipt) must also be returned with the item to be eligible for a refund.

In some cases we may be able to grant a partial refund. For example:

  • The plastic has been removed from the exterior of the game

  • The item has damage or is missing pieces* due to manufacturing error

  • The item is returned more than 14 days after purchase

 

In cases where there are missing pieces or damage due to manufacturing error, please let us know and we can see what we can do.

Refund Process

To return your item, please send us an email at Info@promoteboardgame.com.

Please write your full name and order number on the parcel so that we know who to contact.

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will contact you via email to advise of the approval or rejection of your return.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.
